Recieved call that my vehicle was ready to pick up and when I got there it had a few things that were not done correctly. I was pretty upset that I had already waited a long time and now I have to wait even longer,dtill waiting for call that it’s ready to pick up.I personally don’t think I will ever want any type of service ect from Mcc. Very disappointed.

Yes I am very satisfied with my rear window repair. The staff kept me informed throughout the process with updates daily. I must say everything is better and organized and update and clean. I appreciate the professionalism all around. I will be returning if need be.

I was impressed by the timeliness of my repair. I appreciated the phone call a day ahead of the first scheduled repair date informing me the part had not arrived. I was happy not to have arrived early in the morning only to find the repair wouldn’t be done that day. And the repair was done on time and looks terrific!
