I liked my experience with Maryland Collision Center. Everyone working there was very helpful and I was informed through out the process through text messages. They even have a shop cat, which made my experience enjoyable because who doesn’t love a cat!

I took entirely too long for a bumper repair. My delivery date was pushed back multiple times due to a mechanic having a baby. There was no backup mechanic to continue the work. i was without my car for a month. Also some of the work performed did not need to be performed such as replacing of my driver headlight which was completely ok. Overall the experience was bad. I would not recommend you to anyone for service.

This is my second time using this repair shop and the first time was outstanding. Not so much this time.

Picked my car up on a Friday and had to return it on Tuesday. The door and something beneath was making noise. I couldn’t put the car in reverse and the engine light came on. When in drive, it slowed down and then accelerated.
