There was a light film of dust in the car, and on the windows. This was probably from particles in the air in the shop, but a wipe down would be appreciated next time, not that I want a next time 😉

Everything looks great. My car looks brand new again. I was expected to get my car back on 07/08 but they really worked hard on getting it down sooner and was able to get it back with a week early from my projected finish date. Everything looks great and they even tinted my window that had damage very satisfied.

We were called and told the car was ready for pickup. My wife went back and forth about when to pick it up and I ended up picking go it up a few hours later. The car was not actually ready to pick and needed cleaning, etc... so I had to wait. Also, you all charge 3% for credit cards. That is fine. What is very annoying is you do not accept Zelle, Venmo, etc... like many other companies. I don't want to carry thousands of dollars of cash around. This is not customer friendly and for seemingly no good reason.
