Yes, I have two things that I’d like to say the first thing they should mention when you first check-in is which Rent-A-Car center has your reservation. I got into the wrong car with the wrong renter car center and it was only because I thought that the girl at the front desk knew which place had my reservation. Second, I would prefer if they would like to be paid in cash for a detail that the front desk lady mentioned it. When I checked out, they told me I had to pay a fee for using my debit card to pay for the detail, they need to make sure they let people know that it’s cheaper if you pay with cash.
