Very transparent with what was going on with my Vehicle. Communication was great went above and beyond to answer my question. Contacted the insurance company and help me solving my issues and my car looks great! ( brand new) Thanks again. If I ever need service again, I would definitely come back.

You left the badges off my car, a piece of the windshield wiper was off .. now I have to comeback and get this done . It should have been done prior before I came to pick up my car

I am very pleased with the repair work itself. Not so much with the clean up of the car. Staff tried to correct the issue. They offered to do additional cleaning, but I declined due to things that I needed to do. I am still trying to figure out what is needed. This is not a negative reflection of the staff. I think they tried to “fix it”. They were very pleasant and willing.

The service was not good! When I came to get my car, Tim never said anything to me! He never walked to the car and asked anything, he just sat at his desk! The lady at the desk told me I needed $ 500.00 more dollars and when I gave her credit card, she said there will be a 3 percent charge by using the card Tim never said anything ! This was my first time using this company and my last !!!

Everyone was so kind &very great customer services & the man who check my vehicle dropping it off & picking up was very polite & very great customer service & telling me everything & he did a outstanding job & made me so happy & touched my heart & wash my very dirty vehicle I was so thankful & grateful to everyone & he is too me asset to Maryland Collision Center in Owings Mills I thank him so much & my vehicle rides good & looks great & excellent job too everyone & the young lady at the front desk greet you with a smile & hello & is very kind & helpful & knowledgeable of her job & would come back again for repairs everybody was nice & knowledgeable of repairs & showing & tell me everything that was done to my vehicle Thanks everyone & have a bless & happy & safe day outstanding customer service & repairs to my vehicle & the office was very clean & so nice I’m 100 % satisfied 😊👍🏾

Everyone did a outstanding & had very great customer service & the man who check my vehicle dropping off & picking up he did a excellent job & was so caring & so kind & he went above the call of duty & helping me with my vehicle & he did a little touch of paint on my side at the corner bump I scratched up last year in the snow & I ask him about how the cost & he gave me a price then said I was check too see if we still have the paint & touch the black scratch up & now I’m so happy not seeing that long black color on my side bottom bump I thank him so much he made myself the customer to happy & touched my heart very polite & caring & so kind outstanding job too him 100% & I’m so thankful & grateful & was blessed & so happy & left with a big smile it’s good people still in this world please inform him of this from me Linda Davis the 2016 RDX Acura SUV white color that I thank him so much 🙏🏾😇😊
