The repairs were done promptly and the service from drop off to pickup was flawless. The staff at Masison's staff was courteous, polite and informative throughout the process. Also the convenience of having the rental car at the repair shop (as well as drop off) was terrific.

Aside from the fact that I only go there when my car is wrecked, I love this place. Quality of the work is good. They keep me informed along the way and they are very professional and friendly. Easy to work with and I have faith they'll take care of everything that needs to be done.

From my first telephone call to picking up my repaired car, the front desk managers were very personable, friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and were reassuring. Going above and beyond , they even applied some paint to small scratches on my car having nothing to do with the repair I came in for. I would use them for any future body work should it become necessary.

I find Masison’s highly professional and very pleasant to work with. I waited a month to work with them during their move from Weymouth as I did not want to work with anybody else, Trust is a very powerful thing.
