I was very impressed with Masison’s Collision. Chris was great from the start. Keep me informed of the timeline. The work was done in a couple of days with an explanation I could understand! And for me, not having to deal with an insurance company was a huge plus. The car is running like new and I would definitely recommend the service with this company. Did I mention they were polite as well?

I had a great experience with my Masison’s collision. They were polite and attentive. Steve kept me informed of the repair process and progres. The car was repaired in a few short days, and the whole experience was smooth and unstressful. A big plus was they dealt directly with the insurance company. I’m very happy with my experience, and I would recommend them in the future.

Masison's Collision was great. Chris kept me informed of the procedures & progress of my repair (front end went over a rock wall) and Chris dealing with the insurance company directly was a huge plus in my book. My car is driving beautifully and the repair only took a few days. I highly recommend Masison's Collision, not only for their workmanship but for their way of dealing with customers. Polite, polite, polite! And doing their best to return your car in a timely fashion.

The folks at the repair shop were fine to deal with. The "carwise" app used however, to alert the customer as to the progress, was not accurate information.

I couldn’t believe how much damage a deer can do to a large SUV. They did a great job of fixing mine up and cleaning up all the glass on the interior
