My Experience

My 2020 Acura MDX had extensive damage to the entire right side. The car was repaired before the estimated completion date. When I arrived at the body shop all the paperwork was ready. I went to look at my car and was astonished to see that the entire car looked like the day I got it. The entire team was super helpful and the car drove like the day I bought it. Their service and most importantly their repair work was excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 12. Great job by everyone.

My Experience

Everything was great. From the moment I pulled up to the shop, I felt welcomed and valued. The shop was spotless inside and out. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The communication regarding the status of my vehicle was better than expected. I was provided daily to weekly text messages regarding the process and they completed the work a week early. When I picked the car up today, it was so clean and the work was so good, I thought they gave me a brand new car.
