My car had an accident in July. I immediately filed a claim with the insurance company and got an estimate from the body shop. But they didn't start fixing my car until October and three weeks later, they didn't fix it perfectly. They ordered the wrong part twice and my car is still waiting for the part. The rental period covered by the insurance company has already passed. They didn't tell me the exact date and place to pick up the car, so I went to Inglewood to pick up, but the car was in Paramus, so I picked it up the next day.

Based on my previous comments there were signs of non-communication in addition the loss of a location in Paramus is highly concerning. May I suggest looking into Pascack Valley (Westwood, Hillsdale, Wash. Twp) Northern Valley (Closter, Norwood, Northvale)

I appreciate the dedicated work and service but I wish Karen would have contacted earlier in the day when the car was ready so I could have made arrangements to leave the office early because I had to pay an extra day for my car rental.
