I have a 2021 AMG Coupe with 1400 miles on it. I backed into a cement pillar in my garage and did about 4k worth of damage. I was very concerned about choosing the right body shop for the repairs. Because Paramus Mercedes uses Prestige Collision for their body work and because they are Mercedes Certified, I brought my car in. I was very happily satisfied. Their facility matches the idea I have of what a top notch body shop might look like. Their team from the receptionist to the techs to management are all professional, friendly and highly competent. They treated my car as if it was their own. The work did is flawless. The car was cleaner inside and out then when I brought it in. Mercedes of Paramus provides backup support for resetting computer codes, etc. Everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. My car is back to feeling brand new, literally! This was a great experience. Considering how upset I was about damaging a new car and how nervous I was about trusting it to anyone, the people at Prestige really were just great. I trust that they will be there to stand behind their work and also, if I ever need them again. Thank you!
