I would have expected to get a better idea of how long the repair work would take. I kept getting estimated completion dates that kept getting pushed back. You could have done a better job of managing expectations

It got much better when I got one of the owners of the company involved. Prior to that, I was repeatedly lied to by several staff members and had a very disappointing experience.
