It took almost 3 months for my Tesla to be fixed. I understand the delays were caused in many ways by Tesla, however, an incorrect part was received on 4 occasions over 5 weeks. Someone should have addressed the issue after the first time.

They people are nice and try to be helpful but the overall execution was poor in that it took 3 months to get my car

Work looked great, the shop was responsive to my questions. The only reason it’s not rated a 10 is because overspray was still on the exterior doors. The shap manager took the in and corrected it on the spot….took about 10 min.

The Prestige Collision Center has nothing to do with our lack of any satisfaction. Not only Tesla is not able to keep its promises made during purchase of an expansive car, it is not able to deliver services or repairs in a timely manner. Furthermore, the company is not able to deliver parts for the repairs by a third party. The car was purchased for around $100,000 from Tesla with a lot of promises like service at home and replacement car while they are done. Today, Tesla doesn’t feel oblige to deliver luxury car services and more. They don’t make enough replacement parts needed for repairs, which is illegal. 🤬🤬🤬 FYI We own two Tesla cars; models X and 3

Firstly, the repairs are not finished. I’m forced to give a number, so I want to explain how I came with it. Tesla delegated this responsibility to Prestige Collision, as o understand am authorized place. They did a good job, but it took 2 months and at least one part is still missing. It is probably a minor thing, we are driving car while a part is still to be installed.

Firstly, it took over 2 month Tesla to wait for parts and we are still waiting for a plastic finishing part. Tesla delegated the job to Prestige Collision and they immediately installed. Tesla service sucks. They are responsible for parts delivery

There is now a Tesla collision center in Paramus. I’ll recommend there

The repair supposedly is done but it’s not done. I need retouch work do to bubbles in the lift gate paint , bumper not properly aligned/attached to the trunk , and newly attach brand decal peeling off the trunk. I need these resolved as it’s a poor quality repair not me being a difficult customer. I’m trying to schedule the touch up work but again getting mixed messages and delayed communication about when they will be able to do the work. This should of been fixed right the first time , not to forget the issues with my front tire being damaged in the service shop needing a full replacement. Plus the 5 week turn around after preorder of parts and supppseldy waiting on reflectors that Tesla says they had in stock for over 2 weeks.

Overall pretty decent job. But noticed some minor details such as loose plastic panels that I was able to pop back in myself and small areas around the door hinge that was not painted
