Masters Auto Body was established in 1982 by Jeffrey Cotten in a small garage off Main Street. Jeff had his new shop built in 1986 which we still use today at 1200 Monticello Road. He instilled in his team a belief that if we can provide the best customer service with the highest quality repair Masters will have a customer for life. It is also the reason Jeff does not advertise and relies on our repeat customer business and the referrals we get from them. We are an ICAR Gold Class facility utilizing education, training and equipment to meet the needs of our ever changing industry. Great work, just need to be clearer about timing, for example, I heard 18 hours estimated, but the car was in the shop for 5 business days (not counting drop off day).

The repair was so well done that you can't tell there was a repair. Also, the exterior of the car was well cleaned so that it looked as good as new. The staff was very helpful, courteous, professional - easy to work with.

I have tried everywhere for auto repair in the 44 years I have lived in Charlottesville. Masters has absolutely no equal, especially with the staff and quality work they do. I have been there four times and every time they could not be gracious enough.
