Masters Auto Body was established in 1982 by Jeffrey Cotten in a small garage off Main Street. Jeff had his new shop built in 1986 which we still use today at 1200 Monticello Road. He instilled in his team a belief that if we can provide the best customer service with the highest quality repair Masters will have a customer for life. It is also the reason Jeff does not advertise and relies on our repeat customer business and the referrals we get from them. We are an ICAR Gold Class facility utilizing education, training and equipment to meet the needs of our ever changing industry. Everything was done expeditiously, I was expecting at least a week for repairs but it only took 3 days. They cleaned the outside of my car as well as vacuumed the inside. I am very pleased.
