Masters Auto Body was established in 1982 by Jeffrey Cotten in a small garage off Main Street. Jeff had his new shop built in 1986 which we still use today at 1200 Monticello Road. He instilled in his team a belief that if we can provide the best customer service with the highest quality repair Masters will have a customer for life. It is also the reason Jeff does not advertise and relies on our repeat customer business and the referrals we get from them. We are an ICAR Gold Class facility utilizing education, training and equipment to meet the needs of our ever changing industry. Interior car cleaning left my car smelling funny - probably a side effect of the pandemic and having to clean every car for safety - also the bumper they replaced had some minor surface scuff marks on it, way way better than it was, but can't say it was perfect... hoping I can buff them out myself but have not tried yet.

Staff seemed a little disconnected - I was told to come by to pick up my car at 5PM - when I got there, everyone was walking out for the night. Luckily I caught the lady who sits up front - she came back in, turned the lights on, and finished my paperwork for me and got me out of there with my car. Thanks so much for the extra effort and spending a few extra minutes from your night to help me out!

I had a wonderful experience with Masters Auto Body. They were very professional from the beginning to the end of a process that was overwhelming for me. They reassured me that they would restore my vehicle to like new condition. When I picked up my vehicle, I was extremely satisfied with the work done. It does look like a new vehicle; as promised! I would not hesitate to recommend Masters to my family and friends for their auto body repair needs. In addition, the staff was very friendly!
