The customer service that Maters collision displayed was superb. I called Masters collision, explained my situation and the receptionist said “Don’t worry about a thing; We’ll take care of Everything. Just bring your vehicle in and we’ll take of the rest”. I bought my vehicle in and there was a rental car waiting for me! One of the technicians called and informed me of the damages and the expected time frame of completion. The at-fault insurance company took more time than expected; However the receptionist was assertive and she took the initiative to have the rental car extended on my behalf. I would recommend Masters Collision to everyone. All you have to do is Just bring your vehicle in and Masters Collision will take of the rest.
