No question about it. Today we don’t often find the whole package both in customer service and the performance of the mechanics I hope you pay them very well- good help is hard to find and these employees you have here at Redford Mi make your company reputable

Can’t appreciate enough the group that works at this collision shop. Miss Faith alone sets the tone for professionalism. She 1st ensures the customer is safe from the accident involving their car. The persons health and safety is the most important concern. She then tells you exactly what to do in filing a claim. And then confidently tells you what the shop will do step by step to assess the damage and needed repairs. More than her knowledge, Miss Faith has a gift in customer service and in humanity. If a loaner car is available she makes sure you are not inconvenienced during the process. The mechanics are kind and experienced and worked with efficiency. Every encounter with every individual was positive(I wish I knew each persons name) to credit them properly. Big thank you. For making this car accident of a careless individual impacting us with a fright and gratefully no life threatening injury— to being cared for by an elite staff of qualified people that do their jobs very well. I hope they are rewarded in some way for this review. I buy/lease all my vehicles for former Art Moran/George Matick Chevrolet (2 purchases 7 leases and 3 referrals) and have dealt with the collision dept a few times. We are loyal customers and have experienced the best customer care without fail every time. Thank you! Miss Faith is invaluable along with the reliability of your service crew. Sincerely appreciative Dean and Angie Wagner

Communication was a little confusing from the AI chat. But other than that, the service was great from both dealerships I dealt with.

The grill was installed crooked due to the passenger side mounting bracket being bent when the grill was damaged in the car wash and it didn't get straightened when the new grill was installed.

I feel there's still more that needs to be addressed that the job isn't complete yet. Below is what I wrote in the beginning and I'll write it again. Striker and a latch assembly aren't aligned how they originally were how that happened I'm not sure. But if you had room for me to share photos here, I can show you how the center of my hood where it latches is buckled down and as you follow out from the center to the edges of the hood, they flex up. You probably could have compensated for that if you're looking out for it when you were putting things back together. Maybe it just needed the rubber bump stops adjusted. but after looking it over I don't think you did much adjusting to it so trying to figure out how you did it. I have photos of it what it looked like new and what it looks like now but I don't think I have a way to pass photos along to you here. Sorry I'm late getting this information to you but I think I only had the vehicle for a week and it's either been covered in snow and slop and driving through the winter weather or just recently things have dried up and went away and I can look over the repair carefully. Obviously since I hadn't seen my vehicle in almost 3 weeks and I picked it up and paint repair was complete which to me seemed like a case of removing the fascia and painting it. You wouldn't think other areas would become out of adjustment. One reason I picked this specific vehicle in the lot from all the other vehicles that were white and similar was. I noticed over the last 8 to 10 months. Looking at these Toyota RAV4s at the dealership lots, I saw how misaligned many of the hoods were and the variances in the gaps of the hood as it meets the rest of the body. This vehicle when I originally bought it I would say its score was about 96 to 97% in perfection. Now if I saw this vehicle sitting in the dealer parking lot driving past it and comparing them this would be a discard. I wouldn't even consider purchasing this one with how the hood is aligned. I would have assumed it was in some type of collision. I don't want to lose the car for another number of weeks?. I'd be happy. Drive it over to your location there in Redford and explain to you what I see. If I can't pass photos on to you, of course share photos with you from my phone also. My phone number 313 -467, -8424 Robert
