I am satisfied with the work however you had my vehicle for exactly a month and it resulted in significant out of pocket expenses for me when my insurance company stopped paying for my rental. There was no sense of urgency to complete my repair and your lack of a timely repair directly impacted my overall out of pocket expenses. If I ever need a collision repair in the future I will not be using your shop.

Car still broke when I left

Car issues were not completed and I was told the issue that was NOT there before the accident was caused by mice. I took car to a different shop and within 24 hours they told me a sensor was broke. Mathew’s had my car tore apart several times and never noticed a sensor was broke right where I was hit. I also feel many things Mathew’s did was not necessary and overcharged insurance company. Especially since I left with a STILL broken car!!!

It took 2 months to repair the damage, after market parts were used and the car was filthy when we picked it up.

Once I dealt with the insurance company, Matthews handled everything else. They did the estimate and ordered all the parts. They handled getting my rental car days extended. The new car door was prepared, painted, and installed in five work days. I am completely satisfied with the results and the service.

As an old guy I am very skeptical about having any work done on anything. I expect problems. I expect excuses for those problems. But not with Matthews Collision! When I originally picked up the car there were a couple of small issues, but it was a complex repair. I left the car with them for 3 or 4 more days and at the end of that time I came to pick it up and scrutinized the complete work. I am exceptionally detail oriented customer. I found absolutely nothing! They completely addressed those few concerns I had, and the car was absolutely as perfect as can be expected after having a collision. I am completely satisfied, and not only that, I would defy anybody who knows cars to even know that this 2-year-old vehicle ever was involved in a collision!

I am tough to please since I am so detail oriented. There were a very few issues with the repair that were immediately taken care of! I don't usually bother with reviews, but in this case I think I have to to show my appreciation for a GREAT JOB fixing my Outback Wilderness!

The customer service was excellent! Usually when I have an issue with a service or a product, the first thing I hear are the excuses. I DO NOT want to hear excuses, I only want to hear what will be done to address my issue. Matthews staff, from the manager to the adjuster, simply acknowledged my concerns and explained how they would be taken care of!
