I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time — possibly ever — with Matthew’s Collision. The reason I’m writing this review is because: 1) the team truly deserves recognition, and 2) it’s refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service these days. Everyone there was courteous, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. They gave me real peace of mind during a stressful situation, which meant a lot. I’d especially like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Phil, Sandy, and Patrick for taking such great care of both me and my car. I already have, and will continue to, recommend your services to others. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you not only for the excellent service, but for making my car look great again!

Not only did they have my car for weeks after a month of waiting to even get the appointment...they decided to take my car joy riding whenever they wanted to while it was there! My wheels were caked with mud and shook uncontrollably! I will never ever do service with them again!

The work that was performed seemed good and I appreciated you dealing with the insurance company. I was not happy over the fact that a large hole was left at the cab corner, and I was told that the insurance company would not pay for rust repair. I understand that, however I was extremely disappointed over the fact that I was not contacted to see if I wanted to pay the difference in order to have it repaired correctly. I waited for the window vent shades to come in and when they did, they do not match the others that were originally on the truck.

Thank you for repairing our vehicle. I believe communication with us could have been better. There were gaps where we need to call for an update vs Matthews notifying us of changes in the planned completion schedule. When we did pick up our vehicle, I happened to be in the office when a very nice woman also arrived to pick up her vehicle and I was completing necessary documents. She was very nice when asked why she was there and she said she was there to pick up her car, saying she called last Friday and was told it was ready for pick-up. She said she would have to pick it up Monday morning given the late update she received during her call the previous Friday….. The young man at the desk to my surprise challenged her directly asking who she spoke with and who told her that her call was ready ! I flinched…. Have was very rude and left the room after she asked simply, may I have my car….. He did not respond but left the front office into the back with a sarcastic smile on his face…. That exchange between that Matthews employee and this innocent woman left me disappointed. I was not the only customer who had been told something and then that something turned out to be unreliable…. I hope she received her vehicle without having to wait….. Very disappointing customer experience

Looks good. took to long, one windshield wiper was not tighted down, luckily it was on passenger side. Fixed it myself. Had to pay Miller and Mathews for work done.bumper sensors worked fine before I took it in to get repaired..Had to pay for new ones while getting repaired.
