I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs help with their car use Matthew’s! From my 1st call to set up an appointment I felt like I mattered. Patrick and Bambi were always kind and supportive. This was my first accident and I was extremely nervous and anxious. Even though I called them with questions they never made me feel like I was a bother!!

Took two months to get appointment. It took over a week to do the work that was supposed to take 1-3 days. Didn’t paint front quarter panel as originally quoted. The work was not completed.

Not satisfied. Number one I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE DECISION TO REPAIR A DENT halfassed at that PERIOD ! they should not have taken it upon themselves to repair it before contacting me THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE! number two whoever supposedly CLEANED MY INTERIOR did the worst job i have ever seen. Said person crumpled paperwork up and shoved it in my glovebox and over the visor and just moved everything inside the truck and didn’t actually clean anything. Very disappointed with the process there. Im sure that the repair will be done at my convenience as i have spoke to chris about this. I expressed my disappointment completely. I ask if there is a next time that i am called before any accidental repairs are done. I was however satisfied with the service of my front end repair
