I asked in the beginning for a estimate for some scratches to be repaired when it was in the paint booth. There was a delay that didn't involve waiting on parts. For that delay, I was promised the scratches would be repaired. The scratches were repaired with a touch up pen. There are several other things like I didn't have a rear view mirror (I do now) and the rubber cowling looks like a squirrel has been eating it, there is a vibration on the interstate like the tires weren't balanced, I was told it would be detailed, but it definitely was not. There are many issues and I told them I would sacrifice time to get it right. I am disappointed!

The employees were awesome. Once the parts made it in, my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup in 5 days vs the 2 weeks estimated by the body shop. My only complaint is that it took an incredibly long time to get parts which was not the fault of Mathews Currie. Had the parts not taken so long it would have a been a 10 experience.
