your repairs were great. Car looks like new. However, when you make an appointment I expect the service to begin immediately or a day later. I was renting a car at my expense and you had my car for 9 days before working on it. It cost me a lot. Please try to schedule better.

Thank you to everyone @Matt’s for a great job as per usual. We’ve brought all our cars here so it was a no brainer when my daughter’s car had to be fixed after she was rear-ended. Not only did they make it look brand new, Gina, Greg & Matt were very patient with me as I called them constantly! Friendly & always knowledgeable, thank you for your patience with all my calls & questions & for making her car look brand new!
