I picked up my vehicle today and went home and parked it. I was going to go out and went to my vehicle and there are many issues with it. Listed here are the issues I have found so far: 1. My vehicle will not lock or unlock with the remote or buttons on door. 2. My vehicle will not start. It does not make any noise trying to start at all. 3. The trunk will not open. These are the issues as of now. I am unsure if there are any more as the vehicle is not starting and I am unable to drive it. I tried calling to leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full. Will be calling on Monday to address these issues.

I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my experience with MB Collision. The owners, Omar and Elizabeth and the entire staff and crew treated me like family. They were professional, courteous, friendly and absolutely amazing! They kept me informed weekly on the progress of the repairs, like clockwork. I've never felt so comfortable and well taken care of by an auto body shop, as I felt with them. They made the entire process seem so effortless. When I picked my car up, after it had been repaired, my mouth fell open in awe. I couldn't tell, at all, that it had ever been damaged. It was perfect!!! I will definitely be singing their praises to anyone and everyone who is in need of an auto body shop in the North Hollywood area, that they can trust. Thanks again guys for such a pleasant experience! Love you!

They did a great job in my car and repaired it earlier than originally scheduled. There was one problem but I took the car back and they fixed it. The only thing they forgot to do was refill the window washing liquid but other than that they rides the car beautifully and it feels brand new. They also called me every week to keep me up to date on when the parts were coming in. Great work and great customer service.
