Omar and Elizabeth were amazing to deal with after my accident. They were both friendly and informative and always kept me updated on the timeline for getting back into my car. Calibration is off - there’s several warnings that came on after I left, but I have ZERO doubt Omar won’t fully address it tomorrow when I call them! I would go back to MB Collision any time.

Great customer service since when you first arrive until you pick up your vehicle, updates are helpful and friendly staff as well, the day our vehicle was picked up the repairs were flawless! The detail on the vehicle was impressive, MB collision gets a rating of 10 to the tenth power! Very satisfied customer!!!

The lady at the front desk was always so nice, accommodating and would call twice a week to update me on my repair status. Which took about a month due to the holidays & city wide fires.
