I brought my Mercedes in for a repair on my front bumper. I thought an authorized Mercedes Benz would do the best work. I was not offered a rental car, or loaner car. The quote was $300. Higher than other quotes, but since it was MB i thought it would be worth it. When I dropped off the car, they told me it would be an Additional $200.00 out of pocket if I wanted the work guaranteed. I felt scammed, and voiced my concern. Since the car was already there I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pick it up, the color was noticeably off. It took another week to correct it. I requested a loaner again, to no avail. If I chose another shop, I feel like I would have Ben treated better. I would not recommend using your collision center.

Terrific scheduling, customer contact with techs, and explanation of work done. Techs remember me from sketching the fuel injection circuit on my old 5 cylinder sprinter. Terrific!!
