All communication with the WCMB team was professional and helpful. The bright white bumper paint that was used does not match the existing pearl white body paint.

This was an insurance claim which took entirely a long time to complete the repairs to my car. As a customer I had to step in and figure out what’s going on with the delay and how we going to ensure this faulty process wouldn’t happen again. At this point it would be too much to ask for an employee shirt and become part of the team (ant no body got time for that) especially if I’m not getting paid! I only have one vehicle and I was extremely disappointed that I wasn’t able to get a loaner. The ball dropped on both ends which the company should resolve issues in the process by pleasing the customer. The amount of business I give to Mercedes I would expect a loaner to get around. But y’all still cool (i guess). Maybe if I purchase a car inside instead of outside I get the treatment I deserve. Yea yea it’s pretty important to have a vehicle. (Say it with me that boy on fire!) Respectfully!
