I listed on my report that there was a vibration in the front end and they did not include it in the estimate, so I called up there and they assured me that it would be taken care of. After receiving an email from my insurance that the car was ready, I called and asked again about the front end vibration, I was assured again that it would be addressed. When I picked up the car, I asked about the vibration and both individuals on site acted clueless about the vibration and said I could bring it back if the vibration was still there. As soon as the car was driven off, guess what, same vibration. Now am I expected to rent a car again and bring it back to a place where I have zero confidence that the problem will get fixed? I’ll just report it to my insurance and get the vibration and my car 100% corrected elsewhere.

The shop personnel kept me informed of the progress of repairs and answered any questions I had. They were extremely helpful when I first had the accident and worked closely with insurance company to process the claim.
