I appreciate the accommodations despite the break-in at the lot and the delay in receiving parts for repairs. I will note that I was surprised by the other suggested repairs totaling over $4K, given we just had it repaired in January. I also noticed a smell from the engine that I had not noticed before the repair. Overall, I appreciate the care from the team.

Jason went above and beyond for me ! I appreciated it so much he explained in detail what repairs it would take to get my vehicle back to new ! He's amazing his compasion for caring is unmeasaurable. I was in tears when I saw my car it looked like the day we bought it . My car was detailed I was beyond words at how beautiful it looked ! MCARTHYS COLLISION IS PHENOMENAL!

I was pretty shocked and amazed at the service, I filed a claim with my insurance and within 1 hour and 4 minutes, my car was at McCarthy collision and I was driving home in a rental car. I can tell the staff is old school when it comes to service, I was blown away. The repair only took 4 days and they did an amazing job, I will recommend these guys to anyone, they are so professional and spot on.

The crew were 100% above and beyond, all about top notch service, I was amazed at how they anticipated my needs and were ready to provide. I called in my claim to insurance and within 1 hours and 4 minutes, my vehicle was at Mc Carthy and I was in a rental on my way home.
