The rental car I was given I was told no smoking inside it therefore no one smoked in it however my dad had to be taken to the vet and was never told my dog could not be inside the vehicle! After taking him to and from the vet I cleaned out the vehicle! When I returned the rental car to pick up my vehicle I then received a phone call stating that I would be charged for a $150 detail fee due to a few dog hairs on the floor board! I'm extremely upset about this and something needs to be done about it! If anything else it should be paid for by the persons insurance who hit me in the first place!

I was raped on my rental car deal! I was told no smoking in the vehicle and that was it. I had to take my dog to the vet to have stitches removed and was charged for detailing because of a few dog hairs on the backseat flor board for a 3 mile round trip costing me $150 and I'm pissed!
