I took my vehicle in on June 30 and received it back in the first week of September. I was initially told my hail damage repair would take two weeks, ended up taking 10. I understand that hail damage repair sometimes needs more time, but I was not expecting 10 weeks. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up only to find that my sunroof, which had been replaced would not open, then it finally opened, and would not close. Also, there was hail damage that had not been repaired so the shop kept my truck for three extra weeks.

My vehicle was being repaired for hail damage, which took 10 weeks. I was told my vehicle would be ready several times and the repair time was extended. Around week eight I came to pick up my vehicle only to find that the sunroof wouldn’t open, then wouldn’t close, and there was still existing hail damage it had not been corrected.

Everyone was polite and professional, but communication was through a texting app, which was fine, but sometimes there was delays in answering questions or communicating the plan. There were a few times I was told I could expect to pick my vehicle up in a day or two, only for those times to be extended by weeks.
