Kelly was very thorough explaining what the vehicle would go through (fender and door frame changed, the kind of paint job it would get if needed, etc, etc). Prompt in communication about delays in the job and when it was done. Gave me suggestions for the rental car. Customer service was phenomenal, and they didn't hesitate to offer further checking of the car if something was off.

We have relied on this body shop for at least 30 years. They are reliable and do a great job every time.

My car was returned to me in perfect shape! It came in with a crunched right fender and came out sparkly and perfectly detailed. This body shop does great work and they are so easy to work with.

The best customer service. Regular updates on progress, they answered every time I called.

the lower panel of my bumper is not the same color black it is gray which mean that they did not check to see it was was the same part thait was on my car before the car damage this does not make me satisfied
