Truck was returned dirty, inside and out! Discovered a hugh ball of plastic and blue tape that had been thrown in the back seat when I got home.Would not take personal check, even though that was never disclosed until we arrived to pick up truck. We were told by Alex that check verification equipment was down and several other untruths before finally being told that a couple of weeks earlier they established a new policy saying that personal checks were no longer excepted. Been a client for over twenty years—-not anymore! Did not even bother to go outside and inspect the truck—just handed the keys over to me in the office.

I was told that my car would be ready in 4 days. You had my car for 2 weeks! First there were delays because you were redoing your driveway, then the job had to be redone because of debris on the repair site. I would have rescheduled the repair if only you had communicated with me.

I think Alex is super nice. Great guy. I think he tries his best. Communication was so misleading however. Told multiple times, a different time for the vehicle to be ready. The truck was delayed for a week because a part was delayed which I understand , only to find out they needed to repaint the door on the day the part arrived. It seemed as though the truck wasn’t looked at until the part arrived instead of using time wisely and preparing it fully before the molding arrived. My truck also wasn’t touched after the job was finished. I can overlook it because I detail. But it was filthy and full of dust, adhesive on the windows, tape under the vehicle. For others, that would be tough. I just tried to look past it. It was a very hard experience for me, and I’ve had plenty of other experiences at body shops. In the end, I was just happy to have my truck back.
