Unfortunately, this is my 3rd time that one of my vehicle is repaired and for 3rd time, a part or parts are missing, no job completed. 1st time, the part was on backorder and tech forgot mentioned ??. 2nd time, tech did not put it back mud cover and motor shield, now , 3rd time, the grill not proper style and shield missing , which was not damaged.

Was told it would be 1 week and it took 3 weeks. The original estimates from McClure and Progressive were under $1500 and it turned out to be $8,000. I don't understand how professionals who do this could be that far off.

Jorge did a great job on my Kia Seltos. You can't tell there was a repair on my car! So far, I'm not hearing any rattles, or feeling any "pull" or change in the ride quality post repair.

Every question was answered, even mundane proceduralisms. Their staff knows how to navigate the burueacracies of insurance, car rentals, etc. It makes for a smooth process. When every question is answered, and all the particulars are covered, you don't have to stress about anything.
