My engine light is still on & when I start my car up it's making a horrible noise sounds like it's coming from my engine & when I drive it continues to make this noise & my car doesn't start sometimes when I try to start my car up turning the key so my car is still having issues & I told them about my engine light being on & she said she was going to call me back about it but she never called me back

Cannot get the smoke smell out of my car

Someone was smoking in my vehicle and left ashes in my cupholders. My entire car smells like smoke even over a week after picking it up. I’ve had the car cleaned twice and it still smells like smoke. I’ve also found broken items that were in my arm rest and visor in the back of my car.
