Due to the rear impact , and the amount of money charged for the repairs, vehicle needs alignment because driving feels funny. .Rather, I got a call from you for an extra cost for rear brake repairs, which I declined.its just not fair to me.

This is the second time that I have used McCormick's auto repair services. Customer service was excellent, the ladies upfront were very helpful and gracious. In terms of the work that was done, I have no complaints whatsoever. I was explained in detail what would be done, and when I picked up the car, they walked me through all of the work that was done. Well car was in the shop. I was made aware of the progress and estimated date, was exactly when my car was ready. I was totally satisfied with the work that was done.
