The job was done with excellence, and the car was vacuum. However their were some swirl marks that they said to bring the car back so they could removed them.

When I got my car back there was a grinding noise but I notified the shop and my car was quickly looked up and fix. A couple of lights went on afterwards (fuel cap, tire preemptive) but the troubleshooting info I got was to run my car for a while to see if they went away on their own and they did.

Gordy, the service advisor, first told me that my car would be ready at the time that I agreed with. When I drove the car, I waited 20 more days for the car. He paid for a new headlight on the driver's side through the insurance, and he put a used one on me that doesn't work. I called him to order a new light, it's been almost 3 weeks since then. I will report this all Illinois to Better Bussines. Terrible experience!!!!
