Took way to long to fix it. They were short staff. Paint job could have been better. Haven't even received my paperwork yet. They said they would mail it, it's been 2 weeks. Insurance company recommended me to them probably won't go back they make me. Very disappointing.

They did a good job with the actual repair; you can't tell it was in an accident. It took way too long and there were too many instances of "waiting for just one more thing", with it being a different thing each time. Also, I need to let them know that Jill thinks the driver's door may be loose.

The repair was good and done as expected. I came here for the free loaner, was told 4 weeks and it took 6 weeks to get the loaner. Glad they had a free loaner, just didn’t wanna wait as long.

Somewhat unprofessional on communication and car was damaged by them and no one said anything I’m sure the guy that did the damage knew but didn’t say anything to see if I was going to find out and see it first. They did fixed the damaged they did and did great job painting front bumper.
