The work that was done with the car is good. The communication was not good. I dropped the car off on a Monday morning. They said it would be done in 2 to 3 days. Well… i called on that Thursday. They said they were just getting ready to call. The paint they put in peeled off the bumper. They would have to get new one. They ordered one from China, told my husband they were only getting Chrysler parts, as this was what my husband told them we wanted. Waited and called on Monday. Was told it should be done in the next couple days. Well…again called on Wednesday, they said the headlight was broke and they had to order one would be ready Thursday. Well.. no called, I called and was told there was a. Heck engine light on. They said the mechanic could not get to it today I called on Friday again, said it should be done by the end of they say. They finally called on Friday at 4 pm. It was done. This was only a $2,300 job. Can’t imagine if it was a big job. I had to rent a car, as 3 days turned into 12.
