Didn't really have a lot of customer service. When I did call, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, but I didn't get a lot of updates without having to call myself.

Love the work. Estimated finish date was a little behind but that's not a big deal to me. Having to wait on parts and making sure the job is done correctly is worth the extra wait. Just wish there was more detailed photos sent with each step of repairs.
