Was told 10 days earlier that vehicle would be ready on 9/11, and I would get a call on 9/9, then told 9/10 or 9/11 (after I called on 9/10) about picking it up. Never got a call until after the weekend on 9/14. Otherwise satisfied and repair appears excellent … just the non-communication after being told I would receive communication.

Grateful for a lot of things! I really appreciated the communication & constant updates to let me know things were going smooth. Staff did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and were patient in explaining a lot of things. Made my life easy by handling a lot of the back & forth between the insurance company, and also made my car look as good as new. Couldn’t ask for more!
