First, I hate this survey app. You cannot exit and return. Answer a call, start over, check a txt, start over. That definitely needs to be fixed. Left rear body line (character line) on driver side isn't repaired with the same "sharpness" of depth as original. Look at right side for comparison. I pointed it out to your adjuster (Trey Dupre). The gouge was all the way through the paint and actually filed down the relief in the body line crease. New bumper was put on, because it couldn't be repaired to meet standards. But, there is a ding (chip) on the right side (non accident side) where the triangle point meet with the upper rear panel and wheel well trim. I assume this occured during installation or shipping. Left rear wheel has over spray on ⅓ of the wheel.

I was notified our vehicle was ready. I came the next day and there were 4 things I noticed weren’t properly repaired. Advisor was sweet and apologized. I was told it would be ready the next business day and received a call mid day telling me it would be the next business day. Around 4pm after not hearing from the shop I called and after some back and forth I was told our vehicle was ready for pick up. When we arrived today we still noticed a couple of things and it was noted and we were told it would be taken care of. We told our vehicle and look forward to a follow up call to finish the final details.
