The decal on the hood had cuts in it. It was clearly done. You have agreed to fix it but why was it not admitted by the person putting the decal on and the why was it not caught in quality control. The hood also has blemishes in the paint that will need to be repaired. It’s a pain to bring the truck back. Should have been done right the first time!!

The communication with status of the truck was great. It was delivered on time even though they found it would need the hood replaced. Personally anyone with body shop experience should have seen that up front. A friend of mine said it would need to hood replace from a phone text message. The other body shop I looked at said it would up front. Should do a better job with the work that needs done up front.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the work. They have done to repair and fix the hail damage done by the hailstorm. One little thing that I did notice was that there was a tiny paint chip that I saw when I received my vehicle that I do not remember seeing when I turned in my vehicle, but other than that all the dents are gone.

My truck was drive-able but I was asked to drop it off a full week before any repairs started. I would have preferred to skip using a rental car for that week. Also, I received text updates but then when the work was completed I never received a text... caused me to pick up my completed truck a few days late.
