Repair took longer than promised. While the car was at the shop, i called to ask about coming by to pick something up out of the car and was told that the store would be open until 6;I arrived at 5:45 and learned that the store had closed at 5:30. Other than that, I was pleased with the repair.

My car hasn't looked this good in a long time. No one looking at my car could tell it was side-swiped. There was also an old dent that was repaired and I couldn't tell there ever was a deep dent there either. The car was returned to me earlier that estimated and it was cleaned inside and out. I'm very pleased with the service I've received and I can't wait to see how shiny it will be in the sunlight since I picked it up in the evening.
