Their work is very good. My Genesis was a challenge because all of the parts had to be ordered from out of state. A tire was damaged and even that had to be special ordered and didn't arrive when scheduled. Beyond their control,

The repair looks great. There is one small blemish in the whap that they are going to schedule the vendor to repair when the wheel well liner is in. Car looks brand new! Thanks!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the repair (a 10 for that) but I believe that communication with the customer about the timeline should improve.

Again, just the issue of the communication. I left my car for repair on 7/16, it was supposed to take 1 week. At drop off I notified that I would be traveling until 7/25. By 7/24 I didn't hear anything, so I called to find out that additional time would be needed.

I have already told my husband about the excellent job that was done on my truck.

I dropped my truck off for repairs while I was on vacation. I corresponded with Jessica and the front desk associate. They were the best. My truck was ready the day I returned from vacation. Excellent work. My truck look as if I never had any damage to my passenger rear bumper. To my delight and surprise my truck was washed and the interior was clean. I love the extra care and the professional service that I received.

From the start my phone conversation with Med Center Collision was professional and courteous. Check my car in for them to check it out. See an estimate estimate of time that my car would be in the shop once my car was in the shop. I was kept informed of how it was coming along. Once I came back to the shop to pick up my vehicle, they walked out with me around make sure I was satisfied with the work. Happy that Med Center collision was on Nationwide’s approved list.

After having a bad experience with a different collision center. Med Center Collision was nothing but exceptional service. The car was done in a prompt timeframe, the customer service was amazing with many updates on my cars status or answering any questions I might have. They detailed my car before returning it and I have no complaints towards them. Will be using Med Center Collision again!

Totally satisfied I vibration is coming from the tires they've been damaged I took them to Firestone I had road hazard started cost much.intake was easy and was up to date messages as to how to repair what's going man coordinated another repair which is in progress now I've always had good service with My ed Center Collision. This makes third repair done.Recomend this shop for anybody needing your services.

Everything I brought the car in for was done perfectly! The only reason that I gave a 9 was the fact that it apparently took two hours in detail, yet the back glass (next to the repair) had not been cleaned.

To get a status update on the car I had to call the shop. It would have been nice if on the second day someone would have called me.
