I just can’t say enough good things about my experience today. It began with the wonderful front office presence (please forgive me for not writing down her name...she made an awesome first impression). Jason Blair was so great...totally clear and totally empathetic about the situation. He made me feel so appreciated as a Mazda client...and that was great because my family and I are Mazda fanatics. Jason arranged for the courtesy shuttle to take me home immediately so I didn’t have to figure that out. Then, your automated system kept me aware of everything going on throughout the repair. By 4:00 PM, it was done and we came and got it. You couldn’t find a textbook definition of superior customer service that is better than what I received today. But, I admit it doesn’t surprise me. The Med Center team is just freakishly good at what thy do. Every single experience is great. Thank you all so very much!!!
