Jason and the whole Med Center Team were more than helpful in every aspect of having our vehicle fixed. Even when I kept adding more things to fix, they made it work in the same timeline. I will gladly drive the hour north from Prattville for any mechanical work in the future

I am a manager/pilot at a Fortune 500 corporate flight department. There is no higher expectation of customer service than in that tyoe of environment where one bad day could be your last. That being said, I would work with Jason and Micheal anytime. Those guys are first class. Customer service there is off the charts. My wife agrees. If I have a car problem and Jason or Micheal are there I will be back...

Always fantastic service. I really appreciate them working so hard to get my car repaired using new parts, rather than refurbished like my insurance insisted on, without additional cost to me.

Repair turned out great. Med Center Collision went above and beyond to make sure that my car came back to me in good condition, with the appropriate parts. They took on my insurance company to make sure I got Mazda-approved replacement parts - not whatever insurance could price the cheapest.

Michael and the team were amazing! They were very responsive. The repair took less time than anticipated. Michael was able to procure a backordered part. We even had an unrelated issue to our repair that was more of a warranty issue for the car. After completing our repair they got our car to the dealership to fix other issues under warranty and even handled a recall. Can’t say enough good things about the MedCenter collision team.
