No need to contact. The repair looks great and I was very happy with the outcome but communication was lacking. Jason is very nice and was always helpful but the only time I ever got feedback was if I initiated the call. The auto emails with updates didn't work. I am not upset as the ultimate outcome of making my vehicle look as good as before the accident was the goal and that was achieved. I am saying all this in hopes that the next customer of yours will have better communication which is the only reason I wouldn't say perfect. Thanks.

The car looks beautiful. I can tell that care was taken to make sure that it was done right. The paint job looks amazing and the interior looks beautiful. It feels like a brand new car again. I'm so glad you all were able to work with my insurance behind the scenes to ensure the whole car was handled appropriately and paid for by them. Serious kudos. That was a burden off my shoulders, and it really meant a lot to me. I've really enjoyed the entire experience working with you all. Thanks for the hard work!
