I was most impressed on the daily text message updates on my car's repair status. It was an easy way to communicate and any texts that I sent were responded to very promptly. Being kept apprised of the progress made it much easier for me to attend to my own work and feel confident that y'all were taking care of "the car thing" for me. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Thanks to Matt and everybody else there.
