Medford auto center was without doubt the most helpful, reliable and pleasant workshop I had experience with. They help me set up timing with the rental, as well as the process of picking me up from the shop to the place. I had no issues with communication at any point during the repair of my car. John and Marcello we’re excellent in it communicating clearly describing the problem in the process with my car. Not to mention, the excellent bodywork they had done for my car. Needless to say, I forgot which side the damage was on. I would definitely recommend this auto center as well as Somerville Auto Center to any person I know.

Don’t think you guys are honest in collecting deductible from customers. From my last experience it was a joint effort between your shop and the agent from liberty mutual to collect unjustly my money and made me waste my time waiting for my car. You will never see me at your place. As you told me ia lot of customers were forced to pay the deductible even though they were not at fault. You aren’t to be trusted which is unfortunate.
