My husband and I were so impressed with the service that we received from John and his employees. When given our estimate for repairs we were also given approximate completion date, the car was fully repaired on that date!! We also received texts messages throughout the process with updates. When we picked up our vehicle it was perfect! We highly recommend Medford Auto Center. Thank you very much John you were wonderful to work with.

The whole team at Medford Auto Center knows what they are doing. They answered my questions and offered to show me anything that was needed to make sure I was happy. The whole process was easy, they worked directly with the insurance company, and they got my car back to me almost a week before their estimate.
